Wow what an Olympics so far – if you are anything like me I’m glued to the TV to try and watch all the sporting activity.
There are so many great sports to watch and some I’ve never seen before – have you got some new favourites? I’ve just been watching some of the speed climbing and wow what incredible athletes these are and so nice to see more of a mature gentleman in the skateboarding so just goes to show you are never to old to chase your dreams and dream big as one day it may just happen.
All the medals we have won have been amazing and we are bringing so much joy and pride to the country which I’m sure we can all agree we can all do with something to smile about!
My passion, as I’m sure a lot of you know, is horse riding so I’m thrilled we have won medals in all 3 disciplines, our eventing team were just incredible as were our Dressage team and the Showjumpers well those fences were just huge!
We also loved watching the Skeet shooting, although I have to say I struggled to even see some of the clays come out of the traps so I’m definitely not heading to the Olympics in skeet shooting any day soon! lol Great to see Amber Rutter win her Silver medal and be the first ever GB female to win a medal what an achievement and fantastic shooting from Nathan Hales for his Gold medal, just brilliant.
I don’t know about you but watching the Olympics has certainly inspired me to get more active again and give some new sports a go too so why not give a new sport a go or just brush up on your existing skills.
